Niagara Industrial Airpark
The Town of Niagara Airport DevelopmentZone is just a few miles from the Lewiston-Queenston International truck crossing between the US and Canada, and one-half mile from the I-190. The site is adjacent to the 10,000 foot long runway of the Niagara Falls International Airport and the Niagara Air Reserve Station. There are currently 217 acres available for development.

Wheatfield Business Park
The Wheatfield Business Park consists of 830,000 rentable square feet of industrial, warehouse and office space. Ceiling heights range from 19 – 30 feet. There are also approximately 10 acres available
for development adjacent to the airport.
Summit Business Park
The 130 acre Summit Business Park is
located on Liberty Drive in the Town of Wheatfield. It is a mixed-use industrial park within 4 miles of New York Interstate I-190. There is a CSX rail line adjacent. All utilities are in place and multiple 13,200 kv
circuits serve the park. Businesses located in the park include Angus Chemical, Ceres Crystal Industries, Precious Plate and Vishay Thin Film.
Vantage International Pointe
is a 158-acre park zoned for light industrial, warehouse/distribution
and R & D facilities. The “shovel ready” park infrastructure contains two miles of roadways, water and sewer lines, and storm drains. The
park has also been designated a US Foreign Trade Zone.
